Agency ‘Yelp’
Last updated October 11, 2026. These terms apply when a creditor submits its favorite agencies.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you submit information about third-party collection agencies to Agency ‘Yelp’, a service operated by ARM Tech Advisors, LLC (“ARM Tech Advisors”, “we” or “us”). “You” means the creditor on whose behalf a submission is made and the individual making it. By checking the acceptance box and submitting the form, you agree to these Terms.
Agency ‘Yelp’ is a creditor-sourced Best Agency service. ARM Tech Advisors acts only as an independent industry survey aggregator: creditors share the agencies that perform best for them, and we aggregate what they tell us, split by placement type, digital collections expectations and placement volume. None of the information provided or distributed through Agency ‘Yelp’ is influenced by ARM Tech Advisors or any of its employees.
The sole intent of this service is to facilitate the sharing of best practices and to help accelerate the transformation of the U.S. consumer collections industry.
This service will always be free to all submitting and requesting creditors.
Only creditors may submit. A submission must be the creditor’s own direct opinion, based on its first-hand experience with each agency it identifies.
You confirm that you are authorized to make the submission on behalf of the creditor named in the form, and to accept these Terms and the Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement on its behalf.
A submission includes the agency names, placement type, placement volume, digital collections expectations, your reasons for selecting each agency, any areas of possible concern, and any agency performance information you choose to provide, whether in the form or in follow-up conversations with us (“Agency Information”).
Please do not submit consumer-level or account-level data, or any personal information about consumers.
You agree that we may use your Agency Information, including agency performance information, and share it on an anonymous basis with other creditors that participate in or request Agency ‘Yelp’ and with the agencies identified.
“Anonymous” means aggregated or otherwise presented without your name, your company’s name or details that would reasonably allow you or your company to be identified. We will not disclose your identity, or the fact that you participate, to any agency, creditor or other third party unless you give us permission first, for example by agreeing to act as a reference.
We will verify that each submission genuinely came from the person identified as the submitter, which may include speaking with you. We will not ask you to justify your submission with verifiable facts. Once submissions are aggregated and verbally authenticated in this way, every identified agency is engaged directly before any creditor feedback about it is shared with other creditors that are seeking anonymized feedback from their creditor peers. About once a quarter we may ask you to confirm or update your feedback. Acting as a reference for another creditor is always optional.
Creditors learn of agencies identified by other creditors only if they have previously shared their own favorites. Submitting does not guarantee that you will receive any particular information or amount of information.
You agree that your submission is made in good faith, is your organization’s own direct opinion based on first-hand experience, and is accurate to the best of your knowledge; that you have the right to share it and that sharing it does not breach an obligation you owe to an agency or anyone else; and that you will not submit anything you know to be false, misleading or defamatory.
ARM Tech Advisors assumes that all information you submit is permitted to be shared under your contracts and non-disclosure agreements with each identified agency, and with any other body whose permission may be required. By submitting, you confirm that this is the case.
The Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement you accept with your submission governs confidential information exchanged between you and ARM Tech Advisors. If there is a conflict between these Terms and that agreement regarding confidential information, the Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement controls.
You can ask us to stop using your submission at any time through the contact page at armtechadvisors.com/contact-us. We will remove it from future use. Information already shared anonymously cannot be recalled.
Information shared through Agency ‘Yelp’ reflects the opinions and experience of participating creditors. It is not a recommendation, rating, warranty or guarantee of any agency’s future performance or compliance. You remain responsible for your own due diligence, vendor management and compliance obligations when selecting or overseeing agencies. Agency ‘Yelp’ is provided “as is”.
To the extent permitted by law, ARM Tech Advisors is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from Agency ‘Yelp’ or from reliance on information shared through it. Nothing in this section limits either party’s obligations under the Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement.
We use the name, title and email address you provide to administer Agency ‘Yelp’, confirm and revalidate submissions, and communicate with you about the service. We do not sell them or share them with agencies or other creditors.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you submit applies to that submission. We will ask for your agreement before applying any change that expands how an existing submission is shared.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any legal action to enforce or interpret these Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Richmond City, Virginia, and you and ARM Tech Advisors submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of that court.
